Dermatology Assistant

Cetero Research, formerly PRACS Institute, Ltd., has part-time Dermatology Assistant positions available at our Fargo location. Duties will include monitoring the safety of participants, completing day time study activities, data collection, and dermatology instrumentation. Position requires flexible schedule Monday through Friday with occasional evening and weekend work. Qualified candidates will have a demonstrated ability to work well with a variety of people and an interest in research. Training provided. Nurse - RN or LPN

Cetero Research, formerly PRACS Institute, Ltd., is seeking part-time LPN’s or RN’s at our Fargo site. Duties will include ECG’s, drawing of blood, monitoring and direct care of adverse events, and data collection. Position requires rotation of every 4th weekend, as well as, picking up 2-3 shifts during the month. Candidates must be currently licensed in the state of North Dakota. ACLS, BLS desired. Cardiac experience and/or IV certified a plus. Candidates will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as, a demonstrated ability to work well with a variety of people.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline or equivalent experience. Holds or working towards SHRM designation 2 - 5 years experience in a hands-on generalist human resources capacity Strong administrative skills, organized with the capacity to prioritize and handle multiple priorities on a regular basis Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills Strong team and customer service orientation with ability to work in a fast paced, growing environment Solid reporting and analytical skills Proven ability to develop and build relationships Self starter and energetic with initiative, professionalism and sound analytical and problem-solving skills Solid conflict management skills Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws Ability to maintain information in confidence and exercise good judgment Highly proficient with MS Office Suite, HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems

Business Development

•Lead client liaison with internal staff and external clients •Responsible for the overall direction and health of the account •Responsible for maintaining the customer service relationship with the client •Promote and sell Cetero Research Environmental Exposure Services to meet and/or exceed established sales targets •Create and develop an account plan to maximize the business potential •Maintain all client relationship documentation in sales tracking database •Travel to client sites on a regular basis to maintain the customer relationship •Establish/Continue and build new or current client relationships •Actively seek new business prospects using various sales and marketing techniques •Work closely with other departments within the organization •Attend Business Development retreats, conferences, sales training and other internal meetings as required •Requires working in a home or office environment •Up to 50% travel on a regular basis; additional travel as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Highly analytical or scientific background a must •A higher degree like MSc is desirable (PhD ideal) •Excellent business acumen and opening new leads absolutely key •Experience in selling an area that is just starting out •Interested in building with the organization and adding expertise •Operational background an asset •4 – 6 years solid sales experience in the CRO industry; experience with selling clinical services (Phase I-IV) •Solid sales track record in CRO, pharmaceutical or biotech industry •Knowledge of CRO industry and drug development process •Proven ability to develop and build and maintain effective relationships (internal and external) •Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills •Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential •Self starter, energetic with initiative, professionalism Strong sense of urgency and commitment •Conflict and risk management skills •Solid organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize and multi-task •Strong customer service orientation with ability to work in a fast paced, growing environment •Ability to maintain information in confidence and exercise good judgment •Demonstrated technical competence with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
